At PRIMETOPIS, we strive to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to provide you with peace of mind.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. If you’re not completely satisfied with your watch, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for another item. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, documentation, and accessories.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Watches that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence.
Items that have been altered or customized in any way.
Final sale or clearance items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your watch for a different model, we can assist with that. Please return the original item as per our return policy, and then place a new order for the desired item. We will cover the cost of shipping for the exchanged item.
How to Return Your Item
To initiate a return or exchange:
Contact our customer service team at contact@primetopis.com or call 070 6476 4690 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package your item securely, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Ship the item back to the address provided
